Hello everyone.  I was just trying to determine if I need to replace my print head/s.  I am getting banding in my print outs.  Specifically in the blue, green and purple colours.  Is there anything I should retry before replacing the print heads.  I assume it is the cyan/magenta printhead which may be causing the issue.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers

Greetings @Jeremy005

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing a print quality issue with color prints.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Do you face the print quality issue when you make a copy in color?

Are you using genuine HP ink?

Request you try the steps suggest in this HP article for assistance and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.
