This is so aggrevating...I've been at this all yesterday, night and continued on until now...Why is this so complicated? I just want to print the 13x19 from my laptop. I am getting such a headache. How can I just select not to eprint and print the "old fashion" way?

ePrint is intended to allow you to print remotely from anywhere in the world that you can use email to send a job to your printer. ePrint sends a print job to the printer's email address - servers in HP pick up the email, configure the job, and send it to the printer.
ePrint is NOT the same as locally printing on your network using your Full Feature Software, your computer, Adobe Reader DC. ePrint provides fewer options.
This is normal: to my knowledge, you likely do not have the option to print on 13X19 using ePrint.
If you cannot assign the printer as the default device, you may need to remove and reinstall the full feature software.
I am going to sign off for awhile to let the cross-traffic slow down.
