I have HP Instant Ink Subscription;

I have replaced my HP ink cart:

When I attempt to print I get a message on my computer that states Printer needs attention.

when I look at printer it is asking me to hook on to HP instant Ink.

When I attempt to do so I do not not get any connection from HP Instant ink and the Printer.

This happen when I hit the update Printer Apps on the Printer.

Now I cannot print anything.

I am thinking I just need to cancel my Instand Ink and somehow get the apps on the Printer fixed.

Very frustrating, HP instant Ink - seems to be more trouble than it is worth at this point.

Does not seem to be any HP support on Instant Ink etc. , so all I can do now is type this question on the forum as it is saturday.

If anyone has any ideas, would appreciate.

Thanks,

Vince
