I was able to print simply though it seemed to take about 20 minutes for the print queue to tell the printer to print and would say, in the queue, 'error' even though it did print the item. I would have to clear out all other items firt.
I have done troubleshooting, also tried to swith to contoll by Microsoft thst did not work and the trouble shooter sayd everything is good so I do not know how to get it to print. It is hook up to wireless and I reset the motem to see if that would help nothing seems to help.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:
1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)
The following resource will help you :

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
