I am trying to print on the inside of blank approx. 6x8 greeting cards.  No matter how many different selections I make in the printers print preferences to match what I am doing the printer always errors with 'Paper detected does not match paper size change paper preferences in printer driver software'

Evening @LizLitch,

I saw your post regarding the problems you are having with the error message 'Paper detected does not match paper size change paper preferences in printer driver software' and I may have something you could try.

Typically, setting it to draft mode is what is suggested - but have you tried the suggested steps in this document;  'Paper Mismatch' or 'Paper Size Mismatch' Error

The paper that you are printing on, does it have any markings on the backside that the printer could be reading?

I found this document that may offer additional assistance;

Please let me know if any of these steps resolved your issue, or if there is anything else I can do to help.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks,
