Hey @jjhidoors,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are having some issues with printing after upgrading to Windows 10. I can help you with that, however I am going to need to know what program you are printing from as well as if you have the same issue when printing from other programs. Once I know this I will be better able to assist you.

That sounds like you are using some specialty software. If that is the case, I may not be able to provide support, however I can certainly assist you with general printing troubleshooting.
To resolve this:
- If the printer is connected to your PC through a USB cable, remove it.
- Close all programs you have open.
- In your search bar type in Printers and open Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
- Click on Remove Device.
- Repeat for any other icons of your printer listed.
- If you removed the USB cable, connect it. If not, click on Add Printer and follow the prompts to add a new queue for your PC.
This should allow you to print. If it does not, try printing other files from other programs and see if you have the same issue.
Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to print, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
