did all things that I could find in the forum but can you send me the secret other thing I can do.

Just got this printer today and sharinfd the frustration of all other users with this never-ending initialization.

If the solution exist, please send it asap, otherwise tomorrow I'll return the printer and buy another brand.

I read your post and see that the new printer is stuck initializing. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Please take a look at this document and make sure all the packing material is removed from the printer inside and out.

Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet.

Same problem, the LCD display shows the EPA logo, then all the lights turn on, a lot of noises and.... That´s it.
