Hi @Maurofreitas,

I see that you are experiencing issues with the LCD display showing the EPA logo. I can help you with this.

If the printer is networked, access the printer's Embedded Web Server and turn off the IPv6 setting, if you know the IPv4 address of the printer, to see if that will help.

Type the IPv4 address of the printer into your web browser's address bar. (Internet Explorer)

  • Click the "Networking" tab.
  • Click "Advanced" in the left-side menu.
  • Uncheck the box for "IPv6".

If you are still having issues, try the reset that I sent you in a private message.
In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.

If you appreciate my efforts, please click the 'Thumbs up' button below. Thank You.

Hi @Gemini02,

I do not have access to the printer right now, as soon as I get home, I will try.

Anyway, I did not receive your MP.

Thank you

Hi Gemini02,

I'm having the problem with the printer being stuck on initializing and would like the instructions private messaged to me.

Thanks,

Chris.
