Product: HP Desighnjet T610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have Desighnjet T610 working good shifting to other location display error 08:11

Last time I saw this 08:11 error code on my Z320044" & I checked & it was the right side encorder strip passing the metal piece not too smooth & I  pulled it & release it & it entered perfectly & error disappeared .

 

Hope I did not forget, since it came up & I fixed it too quickly.

 

You can try & open the cover, lightly pull the right encorder strip & see what happen. also clean it. it won't hurt.
