HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet 6815
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Error Message says Printer Head Problem.

 

HP Scan Doctor  Aligns Printer Head and Prints a Test Page and says it is now Aligned

 

HP Scan Doctor asks if I want to Print a Internal Test page and I say Yes and it Works

 

I Try to Print a Document and it says Print Head Problem

 

HP Scan Doctor says clean or Repair/Replace Printhead

 

Where Is It and How do I Access It??

You can not replace it on this printer, check your warranty status: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/wc/public/home
