Good morning, sometime back I fb messaged HP support (after I posted my frustrated rant on HP page) about a problem that I had with my HP Officejet Prp 6830.  After numerous calls where I was transferred to several different "teams" and got a case repair number, but still no results.  So finally through  messaging HP I was able to get it replaced with a reconditioned Officejet Pro 6835.

Now this current printer is giving me error "Problem with Printhead". After checking online at HP support, it appears that this is ANOTHER hardware defect! Now my problem is that I am located in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands so I'm told that I am not in the US HP support, but Latin HP support cannot help me with this problem either. I have not been able to get a case yet for this problem as I wait for on the phone for help, then get disconnected as I am transferred everywhere.  I can't remember which "team" was able to help me last time (I didn't think I was gonna have to go through this again).  Hopefully someone at HP can reach out to me and can take care of this issue.

I will ask to have your case escalated.

@SBfrustrated

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
