OfficeJet Pro 8710

We bought this printer in November 2016.  It is giving me problems when printing mailing labels using Avery 8164.  It is also giving me problems when printing envelopes.

Labels: The labels are 6 to a page in 3 rows.  It prints okay when printing the top row but when I try to print the middle row, it prints anywhere on the page but not where it should.

Envelopes: Often the sender's information prints out incomplete (top line is not printed).

I tried running the trouble shooter but I get a message that it cannot be run.  Also, the HP site tells me this product is not supported by their chat.

Would appreciate any tips.  Thank you.

If you are using Windows then check the printer firmware > 1644B.

Using Mac OSX then check the printer firmware > WBP2CN1619BR.

This HP doc may be of some help.
