HP LJ 603
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP LJ 603n and a month ago I replaced the fuser because of random 41.09.22, 41.09.23 and 41.09.24 errors. The errors stopped for about three weeks but now they are back. Could this be another fuser or is ther another issue?

Thanks.

Service manual has the follwing info to share on 41.xx.yz errors:

- 41 = generic error ID

- xx = error type

- y = fuser mode

- z = input tray

Therefore 41.09.22 is a problem in the following area:

- 41 = generic error ID

- 09 = Sub thermistor abnormally high

- 2 = Normal typed (not AutoSense)

- 2 = Tray 2

- 3 = Tray 3

- 4 = Tray 4

Recommended action

Turn the product off, and then on.

If the error persists, replace the DC controller PCA.

Hope that helps.  Prolly not going to be cheap.
