I might as well join the complaing. I have 3-8600's and and 8620. I was able to update the 8620 firmware from the release date of 10-12-2016. the version is FDP1CN1547AR. Needlesss to say that couldn't find my 8600's. I tried the 8610 upgrade, didn't fine my 8600's either.  The HP 950/951 cartridges I had refilled at Costco worked the first time. Now the error says something to the effect "I have old style cartridges" . I fhave filled  my own now, diiffcult to get one to work.  I haven't tried replacing the chips as some suppliers are reccommending.  I'll try my refilled on the 8620.  Too bad I can't afford to spend $90. {Content Removed}
