Hi,  I have the same error code and tried to click on your link for dealing with it, but the link brings me to a blank screen.

Thank you for any help you can provide.  We are very frustrated and own too much ink for this machine to be dying.

Greetings @eileencb

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are getting an error code "c4eba341" on your printer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried to restart the printer or reseat the cartridges on the printer?

Are you using genuine HP ink?

Recommend you refer to this HP Article and perform a hard reset on the printer.

If the persists, please contact our phone support for any trade-in or service options available for your printer.

Keep me posted.

Yes, naturally we powered it off, even unplugged it for period of time, took ink in and out, etc.  I was hoping for a more technical answer on this.  In the meantime, we had to invest in a new one and we are disappointed

Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested step. The issue you are facing is a hardware issue which would require a service, recommended you to contact our phone support to check on any trade-in or service options available.

Please do post your technical queries on our Forums for assistance.
