Hello all
I have a all in one printer and recently I got a new computer with windows 10 installed. I have checked online for solutions for the driver for my printer . I downloaded the Hp Print and Scan Doctor and ran it several times with no luck. I go to printers and devices and it shows the printer but no services except for scaning. I can not print because it says there is no driver. I have tried HP support with no luck. I know there must be a solution but I cant find it. Please help someone.
Oh! I had also tried AIO CDB NonNet Full Win. ww 140 40 and that is how I got the scanner to work. How do I get the printer driver installed? Thanks ALL

This driver is compatible with your printer and should work with your Windows 10 OS:
Full Feature Software V14.0.304.5 W8-W10
If the scanner does not work with the driver for some reason, there are other scan options in Windows 10 that may work for you.
For example:

Document Includes Information for:
- Know and Understand Scan DPI / Scan Resolution options
- HP Scan Extended – Exceptional standalone scan program: Single, Multiple scans, Auto-Crop!
- NAPS2 -- Not another PDF Scanner
- Printer Software (Full Feature Software)
- HP Scan and Capture
- And others…

That is too bad.
Driver should work; there are always reasons why it won't do so in a particular environment.
"Just not there" is harder to pin down.
Connection USB:
The USB cable between the printer and the computer must be disconnected before the software is installed. Connect the cable only when instructed during the latter part of the installation procedure.
Adventures in USB connection / setup:
HP Printers - USB Printer Setup (Windows)
Connection Wireless:
Connection to the network by the printer must be established before the printer software is installed OR the printer must be found on the network during the installation procedure.
Connection Wired:
Printer should be connected to the network by Ethernet prior to the software installation.
HP Printers - Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup (Windows)
Still no joy...
Try / Consider adding the stubborn printer using "Add a Printer" procedure.
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer (along the top ribbon)
Remember to click the little Windows Update box.
Wait for a few minutes to refresh the printer list.
Left column: HP
Right column: (scroll down) HP PSC 1300 series
Link to How-to video, examples in
Dragon Document - Help, suggestions, video links, and examples:
Install Full Feature Software - Printer
Section Add a Printer – The Printer I want isn’t listed
NOTES:
- Add a Printer provides basic print function.
- You may need to use alternatives for scanning.

Hello again
I see where the download has installed the drivers. However when I open this PC it does not show the printer. I go to Device manager and see the printer is listed under imaging devices, other devices and compatible printers. When I go into printers and devices I see that a fax machine is default and for what ever reason I cant change it to my printer. Should I uninstall the fax as I dont have or use a fax?
Sorry for all the problems . Frustrated
Thanks
