As I understand you want to check the scan history of your HP Deskjet 3630,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Is this related to the HP connected account? (if not, I'm afraid there's no option of checking the scan history)

 

If yes, follow the details below to learn more:

 

HP Connected keeps a record of every print job printed from your HP ePrint email address in the last 30 days. When you send an HP ePrint print job from the email address associated with your HP Connected account, or from any authorized email address, you can reprint, download, share via email, or delete the print job within 30 days of its arrival.

   NOTE:

If the print job was sent from an unauthorized email address, you can see a record of it in the print history but cannot take any actions other than deleting the print job.
