Mine is broken beyond repair.  No more HP multifunction devices for me. 

 

Not really worth the time anymore.

Hi ProV1x, 

 

Sorry to hear that your HP MFP broke. You may  go the the nearest service center if your printer is still under warranty and your unit will be replaced.

 

You may also call the HP service center and find the details from here:

 

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
