I had to update my wireless network and forgot to update the IP address on my printer.  It connects to my wireless but I cannot print to it or logon to it because the printer IP is in a different network (10.0.0.235).  My new network is 192.168.2.100-199.  Is there another way to reset the printer IP address?  I tried factory reset and that did not work.  Thanks for any help!

Hi jpmccarth,

Welcome to the HP Forums.

I see that you are having an issue when attempting to re-connect to the wireless on the printer.

I suggest that we Restore the Network Defaults on the printer and then run through the Wireless Setup Wizard.  To do this, simply use the wrench icon on the printers display to get the the Setup Menu and then use the right arrow key to get to the Wireless menu.  Scroll down until you see Restore the Network Defaults. Once the reset is complete, go back in the Wireless Menu and select the Wireless Setup Wizard.

If you have any issues, please feel free to write me back.

I'm suddenly experiencing the same frustrating problem.

My wireless service provider upgraded my rooftop antenna on Sunday. Later that evening, I discovered that my HP Photosmart D110a wouldn't print...??  It has been dependable and problem-free for years here on my simple home wireless network consisting of my HP Pavilion dv5, two tablets, a smartphone and my Photosmart.

After hours of frustrating searching from one dead end to another, I finally uninstalled the D110a.

Now as I try to reinstall the Photosmart D110a drivers,  .......Windows 7 doesn't list them....Gr-r-r-r

During my searching, I discovered that the i.p. address on the printer ( 192.168.11.50 )  now differs from the i.p. address  ( 192.168.14.102.subnet 192.168.14.o/24 )  in my HP Pavilion dv5 laptop. I've never encountered an i.p. address in that format....???  Where the heck did that come from...???

I'd like to be able to understand what happened...???   I'd also like to know why the drivers aren't listed in Windows 7...?

I'm going to try the secret driver download offered here.  Please wish me luck. I'd appreciate any pertinent info that can be sent to my e-mail:  brucemac1@aol.com
