Don't throw away your printer.
Does this problem happen with USB/Enet/Wi-Fi, or is it only Wi-Fi? When you say it stops printing, does it start back up later, or is it completely zapped and you cannot resume printing anything? How do you get it working again?
If you know how to configure your printer, you might want to try this power-off/power-on:
Shut the printer off, then disconnect the power from the wall's AC outlet, then disconnect the power cord from the AC adapter. After 10 minutes, disconnect the adapter power plug from the printer. Wait about a half-hour, then reconnect everything in reverse order: 1. Adapter plug to printer. 2. Power plug to adapter. 3. Adapter cord to the wall outlet. Make sure each connection is tight. Also, make sure the plug-to-printer connection does not have anything pulling on the cord.

Note: If you manually set the printer's IP, make sure that it is outside of your router's DHCP range. Otherwise you may run into an issue with duplicate IP's on your network. (If you don’t know how to do this, write back and I will explain).
Not sure what you mean. I have a HP 7310xi all in one

Hi . I have a HP LaserJet 200 Color M251 PCL6. I connected this printer via USB cable. This printer goes offline automatically, If i need to print, i have to unplug the cable and reconnect then it comes online. I dont know what to do, its not network printer.. It really irritates.
Can anyone know this solution?

Hi ahmedit
I understand the printer keeps going offline and won't print until you disconnect the power on the printer and connect it again.
You can turn off the Sleep Delay to see if this is causing the issue.
Go to setup, system setup, energy settings, turn it off.
I have included a document for the printer going offline. Run the Print and Scan Doctor to fix common printing and scanning problems.

Hello soheyl,
I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting that you have tried so far, has not worked. I have researched the disconnecting problem some more for you and have found a troubleshooting guide that I suggest you follow. This guide is targeted for the printer not keeping it's wireless connection.
Printer Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection
I hope this helps you!

How does one go about unfollowing a useless thread on this forum? I'm still getting post after post about the HP 7520 going offline/disconnecting from network when this was fixed long ago.
What I want to know is why mine literally turns itself off/back on several times per day and uses the PHOTO BLACK ink up even if I only print text files in default black/white draft mode containing NO GRAPHICS?
