Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Printer is new. When i try the scan to the computer (webscan), i get this message

You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer.

I found a solution through this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/HP-Solution-Center-not-working-Adobe-Flash-Pla...

In any case I am not happy that I must use an external  app for scan

Hello @AdaPHL ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Download only: HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver , File name: Full_Webpack-51.5.5392-SJ0001_Full_Webpack.exe (314.9 MB)

Try these instructions here.

More information can be found in the manual, http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07762950.pdf

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
