Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With Tech support we set up my Scanner to be able to directly email from the scan.  I tried this and saw the email with a dropdown box.  IThe dropdown wouldn't open and has no email addresses to choose from.  Where do I enter the email addresses for scanning?  Any idea where the first scan I tried was emailed to?  It said sent!

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are trying to use the scan to email feature of your 4650. I would like to help. 

 

The scan to email app should default to the email address that was used to setup the app. This is also where the test scan should have gone. If you touch the settings icon (often looks like a gear) you can choose additional recipients. This will allow you to send it to additional emails.

Thanks for trying to help.  I never received the email at my address used to open account.  I only have one email address.  What shall I try next?
