Scanned same page to my computer & to another computer. One has a vertical line, the other does not.  What is the problem with the other computer.  When I scan from the glass to either computer, there is no vertical line. So I know it is not because some glass is not clean. Can you help me?

Hello, @Linda_S20 - Hope you are well 🙂

Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

I understand that you are having issues while scanning to a specific PC. This looks like a scan driver issue on that specific PC. I would like to know the operating system on your PC to provide you with the specific steps. Also, what is the printer model number that you are using? Please reply with the details.

Alternatively, try to reinstall the drivers to try and fix the issue.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing back from you!

Good luck 🙂
