Hi,

 

Until some minutes ago my scan to email works fine.

 

Right now and I don't know why, I'm not anymore able to use the functionality Scan to email just because I'm receiving the Error 403.

 

I'm using a Photosmart 6520 and i really need to urgently scan a document.

 

Is somebody able to help me?

That's  an awesome fix.  I have turned the printer off but not pulled the plug from the wall and that did not work.

I have the same issue and tried everything Kyle suggested and alas nothing. I can scan to computer and was able to scan to email last week,. Hmm! Can I get the partial reset instructions sent to my personal email. Thanks in advance. 🙂

Hi I have the same issue. I have the HP 6520 which is practically brand new. I was able to scan to email & from one day to the next I get the server connection Error 403. Can you please send me the instructions for the partial reset as well. I would really really appreciate it. Thanks again.
