Server Connection Error 403.

Kyle please send me instructions ...My photosmart 5520 is giving me error:402 when trying to scan to email. was working fine couple weeks ago.

Thanks but I don't see the buttons you mentioned on my printer? Mine is HP Photosmart 5520. After I turn it on it goes straight to the touch screen home screen which has 3 icons on it: Photo/Apps/Copy. No u-turn arrow or whatnot. 

Also, a general question for everyone, I must be blind but how do I send a Private Message?

Dear Kyle,

I know these buttons are on the outside of the screen but when I turn my printer they are not activitated/lit up.  So, I push on the spots where those buttons should be, but nothing is happening.

The buttons won't be lit up when you press them. I recommend that you use a flashlight or do it in a brightly lit room. Try varying speeds, but it should work.

Hello, I too am getting the Server connection error 403 message on my Photosmart 6520 when trying to scan to my email. I had no problems for the last 3 months and suddenly I am unable to. I have also tried all the fixes you posted in the previous responses but still cannot scan to email. It was working fine but then it quit. Could you send me the reset instructions you described to my email as well? I have the HP 6250 series printer.
