Hi Kyle_W, we're having the same problem. Scan to email worked fine for a while and has suddenly stopped working. Tried the power plug resolution with no luck, same with downloading the Scan To Email app.

 

Could you send the partial reset instructions you allude to? Thank you!

I have the same problem as some others.  I have an HP Photosmart 5520.  It was scanning to email completely fine for months, and then it just stopped about a week ago.
