Hi,
Until recently "scan to mail" was working perfect (e.g. to my iPad). However, last week I bought a new notebook (Windows 8). Since then my HP Photosmart 5520 is not working properly anymore : printing from notebook is OK, scan to notebook is OK (firewall problem solved), scan to mail is no longer working.
I have tried several solutions mentioned in this forum like hard shut down of my printer, re-installing the "scan to mail" app, ... but nothing is working.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be ? But most of all, I am very much interested in hearing possible solutions for my problem.

Hi,
Could you also please send the instructions to reset? Preferably to my email.
I have a HP Photosmart 5520 and a few nights ago it just started to not be able to scan to email, with the error 403 message showing up
