Hey All,

 

You could take a look at this document for some tips on wireless.

Wireless reset is located by clicking on the wrench, tools and then Restore Factory Defaults.  This will Clear everything out of the printer. You will have to setup everything again.

Could you let me know what happened when you print the Network Configuration page?

You could also try going to the link provided and downloading the software for your printer and your Operating system.

I have a HP 6520.  Previously, I could scan to email and now it stopped working.  Please advise how to correct.

Hi Forkner2,

 

What happens when you try to scan from the Front Panel.

On the printer's control panel, touch the Right Arrow, and then touch Scan.
Touch Email , and then touch Continue on the Scan to Email introduction screen.
Touch to enter your email address as the sender, and then touch Continue .
