I cleared my printers and reloaded in system preferences and iam still getting the connection 403Error message!!!

That is not going to resolve your issue ddlovejoy as this is an issue with the printer and not the software or drivers on the computer. Performing a semi-full reset on the printer seems to resolve this issue for most. If you would like the steps, let me know and I will send them to you in a private message.

Just to let everyone know my issue had to do with the router/modem, it's a brand that is on the HP watch list called Arris, this was also giving me trouble with syncing files with my virtual folder at work, I use a VPN connection to log into my work intranet and when trying to sync the router would not allow communication back to my laptop therefore the syncing would fail. I was also not able to air print from my iPad.

Can you send me the email that helped them please? I've tried changing the IP address as listed in another chain, and everything else, it doesn't seem to want to work. Thank you!

I am getting this issue and have tried all above fixes. I don't know how to download the app... I have had this printer for 3 months. I thought things were supposed to be getting easier....
