HP J6480

Have cleaned all rollers and shows no paper in the printer, but continues to show Paper Jam in the Device control panel. Cannot clear this error.

I understand that the printer control panel displays a "Paper Jam" error.

 

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the steps mentioned in the link below.

Ensure to update the firmware for the printer(Solution Five).

Possible hardware failure, please contact 1800-hp-invent(1800-474-6836) for printer replacement.
