Try reboot the computer first, if issue doesn't go away, manually clean the spool, what is the OS/version?

I read on the HP printer issues and troubleshooting that I should try unplugging the power source on the computer without shutting it down first and wait at least 15 seconds then plug it back in. I did this and then several documents printed out and the message was gone!

Marck31, are you having similar issue? In computing, SPOOL is an acronym for Simultaneous Peripheral Operations On-Line - for example, printer spool. spool is full means either the printer is not taking the data or computer is not managing the data correctly. So usually you power cycle the printer, and reboot the computer if you have to, and if that doesn't help, using other tools or procedure to clean the spool. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spooling
