   greetings

about this issue

i have tried all the above solutions but no way.

so the problem not from machine, cable or computer. because we can use thirdparty programs

it happend for most computers in my network. the problem sure from the HP software 

please fix it and send us a feedback.

 

I have tried many solutions.changing the printer, changing the cable and reinstall the software again.

Though the thread is old, I didnt find the problem resolved anywhere. so here is the solution that worked for me in case of the "scan to" application for my hp m1213nf mfp printer that was returning this video initialize error-

 

replace the contents of C:\Windows\twain_32 folder on the system with this error with that from an ok system;

or simply delete any additional folder or file other than the ones below at "C:\Windows\twain_32" path-

 

C:\Windows\twain_32\hpm1210nf

C:\Windows\twain_32\wiatwain.ds
