HP ENVOY 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print 4x6 and 5x7 photos on my hp printer. I have install the photo paper and the printer is not printing the pictures. I a not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help will do. Thank you in advance.

Preparation

 

 

  • If you have not done so, download and install the Full Feature Software for the printer.

 

  • The User Guide provides the basic setup to load the paper and use the printer software.

 

Load the paper as instructed -- please load at least 4-5 sheets of paper face down in the tray (print side down).  

 

Do not overfill the tray (too many sheets is as bad as too few).  The tray provides a guide that shows the maximum fill line.

HP Photo Creations help you print your photos by removing some of the guesswork and guiding you through the steps needed to print your photo.

 

Photo Creations provides support by a knowledgable staff during normal business hours.  The website provides how-to tips and helpful videos.
