Hello @Dick_Mint , and welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!

I see you are experiencing print setting issues.  I would love to try and help you, but I do need a little information first. I am linking a few HP Support documents below that will show you how to find which operating system you are using. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit. With this information we can provide you with accurate information.

Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
Which Windows operating system am I running?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

Also, are you trying to set it to 10 centimetres by 15 centimetres?

Good luck and please let me know the results of your findings. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!

I am using Windows 8.1,   64bit operating system.  I try to choose 10X15 cm paper from the drop down paper size menu, but I find it is not listed. I can print 10X15 photo's on A4 paper 2 to a sheet but this is such a waste.

I hope there is an easy solution to this problem.

Hi Richard, and thanks for the reply!

I would recommend setting the paper size to 4 inches by 6 inches.

Please let me know how it goes!

Since the last Windows Security Updates, my PC also refuses to play any audio. I got this PC last week and neither printing nor audio works properly. I'm migrating from Vista and I'm so seriously totally pissed of with that HP and Microsoft crap!! If the only useful thing you are doing is building Windows PCs and Printer you should at least get this right!
