Hi I recently purchsed a hp envy all in one printer the 4520 model, I tried setting it up today but was unable to install the black ink cartridge as it won't move enough to get the carttrdge in...Would love some help with this as I have tried restarting multiple times and nothing worked....

I understand that you are unable to install the black cartridge on your printer. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you removed all the packaging material from your printer?

Is the carriage moving freely?

 

Recommend you refer to this HP Article for assistance in installing the cartridge on your printer.
