Sigh. Starting with a sigh as this is so very frustrating.
I am getting "printer offline" message when I try printing.
I have an HPEnvySeries 110 wireless printer.
Windows 10 on my Dell laptop.
I've read some of the possible solutions but don't know how to change an IP address (one of the possible solutions).
Could someone help me and provide a step by step solution. It's tax time and I need the printer!!!!!! Thanks in advance.

These issues are annoying. Wish I stayed with Windows 7!!! I changed toner cartridges in my LaserJet P1102W and get the "needs attention" and "needs user interaction" message. Tried everything and finally found this response to change the printer port. I actually tried that before, but couldn't select anything else. The ports are greyed out and don't let me select them or delete or add. Any ideas? Also, if I put the old toner in, it prints--go figure.

this is a very easy solution that worked without changing anything https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6y_lyB1WqV8

I also have the same issue with my P2035n. Has been working fine the past 12 months then after a Windows update last week, I'm getting the User Intervention required, and Needs attention message. I followed the instructions from HP and downloaded a Windows 10 driver for the printer. I still habe the same problem. My guess it is a Microsoft stuff up

I have the same problem with my HP Laserjet P2035n. It has been working fine for 12 months then last week after a microsoft upgrade, I started to get the User Intervention required message.
I followed the instructions from HP and downloaded a driver update, but still have the problem.
My guess is that it is a bug with microsoft as the printer works fine from the other computers on the home network.
In case you haven't figured it out, you can still print, it just uses more paper as it prints off a HP info page first,
When the User Intervention message comes up, go to your printer and press the Go Button, ( The square button with the green paper sign and a down arrow on it, the button just above the square button with the red cross )
Then your doc should print. Hope this helps
