Hello RPeres,

A common mistake that most people make is that they use the printer's ePrint email instead of their personal email.  The app is asking for your personal email.  If you use your personal email in the app, you can go to your email provider and get the code there.

I am with you.  I cannot seem to figure this out.  I have been at this since Monday.  Still no resolution.  At first no problem but then all of sudden, I cannot print from cell, and my tablet will print, but it wants me to purchase a premium print share program when i did not have to.  So I am guess that I do not use the print sharing and use the eprint program, but since I cannot find the verification, activation code it still will not work.  Plus, they send you the PIN Code, but verification/activation code and it is good for only 24 hours, so now you have to go through the process all over again.  Ridiculous.

ahh -- which ePrint app are you using for your mobile device?  It sounds like perhaps you need to use a different app to use which will match what you are trying to do!
