Hi!
Thanks for the tips. As it turns out, the affected models had WS-Discovery turned off. Once that was enabled, they began functioning correctly.
Are there any side effects to enabling WS-Discovery? We need to ensure all direct-to-printer printing is disabled so that we can route all print jobs through a central print server and accounting service for chargeback/cost recovery/metrics, etc. Just want to be sure WS-Discovery doesn't open a loophole to bypass our print accounting system.

Hi, glad to hear that it works now.
It is not possible to send a print job to the device via WS-Discovery.
Depending on the device model, it is also possible to use the built-in firewall to allow communication only between Web Jetadmin, print server and the device.
