trying to run wja 10.3.90613 (10.3 SR4)

"An unexpected error has been encountered. The Client will be closed"

Solution to delete 2.0 Folder did not help (C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 )

Alls components under diagnostics are running on the server (http://winxp:8000/diagnostics/p.htm)

http://winxp:8000/wja?debug -> gives me an error see attach below

Any idea ?

Have you upgraded this from SR3 to SR4? When did you get this crash, I mean while opening WebJet client?

I work for HP

yes i upgraded from SR3 to SR4, but also in SR3 there was the same error.

It crash when WebJet windows appears , not in the load action.

probably there was a problem due to UAC, which was turned off. I could not switch it on. So i reinstalled Win7.

I've has this issue before. Reinstall or upgrade your .NETFamework. This should fix the problem.

Can you provide the ITL file which will be located in the below path...
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Hewlett-Packard\HPWebJetadmin\WjaService\tracing

Provide the latest file as per date...

My solution on the problem was, the "kb318956" problem.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318956

Rellay hilarius that it was a "microsoft problem" and not a HP problem.
(do to the faulty firmware on those pesky CM4540 MFP*, printers we have)

*They never return from sleep mode...

here is what I get. I have tired deleting the 2.0 but that didn't help.
