Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm trying to print a Word document but certain lines of text are missing.

 

I've printed a few test pages and also cleaned the cartridges numerous times and those print perfectly.

 

Is it something with the Word document or something else?

I forgot to mention that this issue seems to be only with Microsoft Word documents.

 

I printed test pages and also printed an Adobe Acrobat document and they both printed perfectly.
