Officejet 7612 Printer
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I've scanned five documents from my Officejet 7612 all-in-one printer using the control panel and sent the documents to my Lenovo laptop. Where are the scanned documents on my laptop? I opened the HP Printer Assistant but didn't see any way to access the scanned documents. Can someone explain? Thanks

Hi @PFC-9

Glad to see you are utilizing the HP forums, this is a great question other customers may be wondering about too! I can help you locate your scans. When you open the Printer Assistant, you can then open the HP Scan by clicking 'Scan a Document or Photo'. In the HP Scan click on advanced settings, then on the Destination tab. This is where you will see the save location. You can change this location of you'd like as well by clicking on Browse and selecting a new destination. You will also so the option to modify what happens after your scan completes.

Please let me know if this helps resolve the issue by marking this post as Accept as Solution. If you require further assistance let me know and I will gladly do all I can to help.

Thanks.
