Type in printer name.
Choose Operating System.
When it asked for a download, scroll down, and select FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE.
Please mark a reply "ACCEPTED AS SOLUTION" if it solved your problem, so others can find it.

Everytime I power up my laptop I get a message that I am trying to use Solution Center and it cannot be found.
When I locate a window for solution center it tells me my printer is not connected (But it is, and working.)
I would like toe ither have Solution Center and be able to use it OR get rid of it and the message I keep getting.
Help please.

I think your problem is related to HP Printer (Driver) Software that is not complete or not properly installed.
Look at the other information on this site related to finding the correct drivers for your printer and operating system (just to make sure that you know where they are before you start).
Then, use the add/remove software feature in your Control Panel to remove the HP printer software.
Reboot.
Use the 'Find File' feature to locate file: %TEMP% (this folder may contain corrupted pieces of the HP drivers that will block the installation of the uncurrupted files that you will be downloading and installing).
Delete all files in %TEMP% (don't worry if some files cannot be removed because they are in use).
Reboot.
Go to the website which contains the HP Drivers for your setup and download the drivers (save them in some familiar location).
View the download process to make sure that it runs to completion.
When the download is complete, run the exe. file (give your system the permissions to install and wait patiently until you are notified that the installation is complete. It can seem like a relatively long time.)
When you get it running, the Solution Center is a pretty good capability for controlling your scanner (if you have one).
Good luck.

Hello there,
I have an MFP HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi.
Just a couple days ago I had Windows XP (x86) installed on my computer. And the drivers were downloaded from the HP web site. Package's name is: CM2320series_full_solution_v3.0_AM-EMEA.exe (318 Mb install package, 563 Mb unpacked).
First of all I installed the drivers, then I launched setup again and installed additional software (including Solution Center). I enjoyed using this Center, it helped me a lot with scanning several pages, adjusting the margins and saving them as one PDF file.
Right now, I have Windows 7 (32 bit) installed on my computer. I downloaded the drivers for it. Package's name is: CM2320series-win7-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v3.1.exe (320 Mb install package, 570 Mb unpacked).
I followed the same steps as I did for Windows XP, BUT I couldn't find Solution Center in the package.
Here is the screenshot: http://imageshack.us/a/img145/6315/hpcm2320win7.jpg
It seems like it doesn't exist for Windows 7.
Any ideas how to get a Solution Center?

The full featured driver can be downloaded from HP here.
