Where do i download the HP solution center software?

Hi folks,

Please refer to Message 194 to answer your questions about downloading Solution Center. Solution Center is only available for Windows operating systems, not for Mac or IOS (cell phones and iPads). Not all versions of software include Solution Center, for example, the newer software uses Printer Assistant now and no longer has Solution center.

I have a new computer windows 7 desktop. On this computer now I have no hp support or picture printing or where you can keep pictures. I have the disc it came with but says it is only for vista not for windows. I would like to use the printer to do my photos with it like before. the printer does print letters etc but I dont have the pircture thing. Can I download something for this for a deskjet D4260 printer so I can have with the old windows xp program. I am not a wiz at this stuff, so the fella that connected the new computer I forgot to ask them about this. THANKS ALOT  for any help.
