I am new to providing HP device support, and while navigating the HP University, am prompted to https://support.hp.com/wise/home/ams-en or other WISE resources. It appears that these URLs have changed since this training was implemented. Where would I go to access WISE, CPMD, or error code resources?

Thank you!

Hi Bseaman,

WISE is a non-public tool. You'll need to access it by going through the HP University partner portal. A lot of the support content is available publicly though. You can google or use the HP support search to find things like the CPMD. I'm not sure which printer models you are looking for, but here is a CPMD from the support site:

I hope this helps.

...an HP employee just trying to help where I can, but not speaking on behalf of HP.
