This may sound silly. Check you document and make sure you don't have a blank second page. Hey - it happened to me!

Found a solution to the extra blank page problem but I may have created another issue. Go to printer preferences, click on 'Advanced' change the border thingy to 'print borderless'. This eliminated the extra page but the printer suddenly printed real slow, but with good quality. Will work on another idea and let you know.
