Product: Envy 6020
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I noticed that I could not print 2-sided remotely despite i set it (see screenshot) thru HP Smart.
I goggled and noticed the HP Smart portal does not have this eprint preference for user to change the setting.

 

I could print remotely, just that it will print 1-sided.
