Are you having trouble printing from your phone, or tablet? If so, this could be of help.
The first thing you need to do is check the list linked below. Make sure to check your printer for each feature. If your printer isn't listed, then you won't be able to use any mobile printing feature.

Mobile Printing
You have a few different options for mobile printing.
- ePrint. ePrint can be used from any device that can sen an email. It will assign the printer with an email address and you can print from anywhere in the world.
- AirPrint (for Apple devices only). AirPrint requires you to be connected to the same network as the printer, so it can't be used outside the home network.
- ePrint Mobile App. The ePrint Mobile app enhances the print features for your mobile device. If your printer has an ePrint address, the app can print from anywhere. If the printer doesn't have ePrint, the app can only print while connected to the same network.
1. ePrint
If your printer has eprint, all you have to do is attach what you want to print to an email, and send the email to your printer's ePrint email address. You can find more information on how to setup and use ePrint by following the link below.

2. AirPrint
If you are using an Apple device and your printer supports AirPrint, then you can use the AirPrint feature to print directly form you Apple device. The link below will tell you all you need to know about the feature and how to use it.

3. ePrint Mobile App
If your printer supports the use of either the ePrint App (for Apple devices) or the ePrint Home and Biz App (for Android and Semien devices), then you can use the Mobile app to enhance your printing options, or it may be the only way your pritner will print from your mobile device. The link below will tell you how to get and use the app.
