HP Recommended

I managed to find a page with lots of drivers for the 7150, but in Device Manager the printer is not listed under Printers so I can't update the driver.  Also I read about using them in compatibility mode and don't know how to do that either.  The printer on Windows 10 is listed under Settings - Printers and Scanners but "driver is unavailable".  How do I get the system to use the drivers I managed to find and unpack from the .cab file?

 

I found drivers here and it includes one that seems newer.
