I succeeded in installing the HP Photosmart 7350 on Windows 10 using the HP Photomart 7200 Series driver:

1) Unplug the USB cable

2) Control Panel > Devices and Printers >  Add Printer > Add local printer > Use an Existing Port > select LPT1: (Printer Port)

3) Manufacturer:  HP Printer: Photosmart 7200 Series

4) Printer Name:  Photosmart 7350

5) Print driver installs.  Click Finished.

6)  Connect USB cable to prnter

7) Devices and Printers > RMB context menu for the printer > Printer Properties > Ports tab > Change port from LPT1 to DOT4 > OK

😎 Device Manager > Print queues > RMB context menu the printer > Update Driver Software > Browse my computer >  Pick from list of drivers on my computer > Next > Add Printer Wizard opens

9) Manufacturer:  HP  Printers: Photosmart 7200 Series > Yes to continue > Close when "Windows has successfully updated your  driver software" message appears.

The above steps were found from HP Support document:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Photosmart-7350-Printer-series/72885/model/72887/document/c01...

but use a currently available driver.

A similar, possibly easier, method which I have not tried is in the HP Help Video Tutorial:

Installing an HP Printer With a USB Connection Using Basic Drivers
