Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get the software to install on the new  Windows 10 Creator. I need and update or patch. It was working just fine before I updated to Wins10 Creator. Help me please get a patch or updated software

What printer model?  Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?

 

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Hp office pro 6830 and yes i ran hp print and scan doctor like 10 times nothing happen the print just not compatitable with windows 10 creator. I even uninstalled the software like 6 times nothing still. .i try to connect a new printer and I pick USB connection. It will give me options to just click back or pick continue the install without connecting now or I will pick the USB and click next and get the spinning circle and then a big X to let me know it's not working
